fresh from colettes in Paris sparrowkids are looking around to hold their sewing workshops.....likely venues are North West London and Suffolk. We are also interested to hear from anyone who is interested in running an ethical sewing club,

at sparrowkids we believe that if children are to learn about the environment they should work with materials which are friendly to that environment and this is why we have organised a series of workshops using our wool felt with pre-punched holes, plastic safety needles and gorgeous trimmings - no glue allowed this is strictly for the stitchers! and that includes boys. max of 8 children, so do book early. ON-LINE.

1 hr workshop, suitable for 4yrs and up;

15.00 pounds includes choosing a kit from any of the range under 9.00 pounds (simpler sewing kits and more suitable for the younger)

20.00 pounds includes choosing a kit form any of the range under 16.50 pound

there will be extra decorations and an introduction to simple stitches
all materials are included as is your chosen sparrowkids kit
we bring samples of stitches, extra decorations and hope to finish the project with each child - or if they choose the more complicated kits, at least get them through the major part.
